I follow the most important problem and learn whatever it takes to solve it.
Sixteen years across marketing, engineering, and design — the person translating what customers need into what gets built, from the first discovery call to the last pull request.
What I'm good at isn't writing the most code or designing the most screens. It's listening closely enough to catch what someone actually needs versus what they asked for, and caring about the people on both ends of a build enough to get it right. That's the difference between a feature that ships and one that actually gets used.
Off the clock, it's a camera, a mix session with my wife, a shirt cut and sewn by hand — different crafts, each one demanding a kind of care most people skip. The good version and the great version look nearly identical from a distance; the difference is in a hundred small decisions nobody else will ever see. That's the same attention I bring to the work that follows.
Good work starts with making someone feel heard.
Everything I do starts from there.

One ambiguous status was generating a third of all support tickets. Six specific ones cut that by 60%.
